At MoreShopping, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and serial numbers intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your MoreShopping account and navigate to your order history to select the tech items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
